We strive to insure the quality of every candle we produce through extensive testing of the wax, fragrance oil, and wick. Customer satisfaction and quality of product is our main goal! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the products along with the reason of the return and Wickit Good will inspect the candle and if warranted will offer a full refund, charged back to the credit card on which the merchandise was purchased.. If it was a cash or check purchase, store credit in the form of a gift card will be given (S&H additional) within 30 days of purchase. Wickit Good Candles will not accept exchange on any product that has been fully burned or maliciously damaged. Please contact the postal carrier for items damaged by the carelessness of the carrier (USPS & UPS). Wickit Good Candles does not pay shipping and handling on returned items. A Special Note About Scents If you are unsure regarding a fragrance selection, please order it in a small size first, perhaps a votive or a tea light. We will only accept returns on candles that have NOT BEEN LIT or do not burn correctly once they have been lit. Do not accept damaged packages from the carrier! All orders leave us carefully packaged and sealed and the carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit. |
